Daniel Lybaert is born in

Belgium in 1947 and lives in the Netherlands since 1973.

In the eighties he became jury member of international photo contests in Belgium, theNetherlands and France. He was chairman and co-founder of Photo Club West Zeeuws Vlaanderen - Oostburg (NL) and Photo ClubDow -Terneuzen (NL). He is member of Phoro Club Olympdia Lembeek (B). Daniel won more than 350 awards and got over 3.000 acceptations in print and slides categories granting him the EFIAP platine distinction in 1998 and the PSA Galaxy 4 distinction in color slides.
