Mykonos
Creative Union «Photographic Art Association of Transcarpathia» within the framework of the project of The Carpathian FIAP Exhibition center «Golden collection of the world photo postcards» has opened on the 30th of November in Chynadiiovo Castle «Saint Nicholas» the photo exhibition «Mykonos» of Mr. Ioannis LYKOURIS, EFIAP/p, MFIAP, HonEFIAP (Greece). A photo exhibition by a famous Greek artist, who is the FIAP Secretary General, was presented at the «Gallery of One Picture».
Exhibition visitor Mr. Rostyslav: «The photo takes us to an atmosphere of peace and harmony. The grandeur of this iconic building is emphasized by the contrast: from black to white, and it is precisely such a photograph that is designed to set a person in a positive mood and an optimistic scenario». Ioannis LYKOURIS commenting on his exposition: «A minimalistic black-and-white view that highlights the geometric shapes and textured surfaces of the church, focusing on the play of light and shadow revealed by the absence of color. The composition underscores the monument's timelessness, imparting a sense of calm and simplicity characteristic of Cycladic architecture». The exhibition will last till December 6, 2025.
