DUETS .
This exhibition, as its title, "Duets," indicates, moves within the realm of photographic duality, emphasized by the creative work of its creator, Juanjo Martín Pino, through the creation of "duo" images that invite reflection and interpretation. This duality can manifest itself on different levels, such as the contrast between reality and fiction, between the objective and the subjective, or between opposing elements within the image itself.
Duets is a collection that currently consists of 110 photographs grouped in duos, maintaining a connection between the two, whose aesthetics lend affinity to the whole. Approximately 60 photographs can be seen in this exhibition, as the exhibition is limited by the size of the gallery. The images are printed on CANSON Infinity Barita and EPSON Velvet Fine Art papers, printed in black and white with pigmented inks on an EPSON P700 printer, and mounted on a 50x40 cm mat in landscape format.
The artist offers us a collection of black and white photographs where the images seem to have found their perfect match to convey an idea or concept that sometimes seems clear, but whose meaning always lies in the imagination and thoughts of those who view them. Dual compositions can create visual and emotional tension, encouraging the viewer to reflect on the ideas and concepts being explored.
Juanjo Martín shows us that compositional duality can be used to tell complex and ambiguous stories, always inviting the viewer to interpret the image in different ways.

Esta exposición tal y como indica su titulo “Duets” se mueve en el ámbito de la dualidad fotográfica, enfatizada por el trabajo creativo de su autor, Juanjo Martín Pino, mediante la creación de imágenes “Duos”, que invitan a la reflexión y a la interpretación.Esta dualidad puede manifestarse en diferentes niveles, como la contraposición entre realidad y ficción, entre lo objetivo y lo subjetivo, o entre elementos opuestos dentro de la propia imagen.
Duets es una colección que en la actualidad consta de 110 fotografías agrupadas en duos y que mantienen una conexión entre ambas cuya estética aporta afinidad al conjunto. En esta exposición se pueden observar unas 60 fotografías ya que la muestra está limitada por el tamaño de la sala. Las imágenes están impresas sobre papeles CANSON Infinity Barita y EPSON Velvet Fine Art, impresas en blanco negro con tintas pigmentadas en una impresora EPSON P700, van montadas en sobre paspartú de 50x40 cm., y en formato horizontal.
El autor nos ofrece una colección de fotografías en blanco y negro donde las imágenes parecen haber buscado su pareja perfecta para transmitirnos una idea o un concepto que a veces parece claro, pero cuyo significado siempre se encuentra en la imaginación y el pensamiento de quienes las observan. Las composiciones duales pueden crear tensiones visuales y emocionales, estimulando al espectador a reflexionar sobre las ideas y conceptos que se están explorando.
Juanjo Martín nos enseña que la dualidad compositiva puede ser utilizada para contar historias complejas y ambiguas, invitando siempre al espectador a interpretar la imagen de diferentes maneras.
