Creative Union «Photographic Art Association of Transcarpathia» within the framework of the project of The Carpathian FIAP Exhibition center «Golden collection of the world photo postcards» has opened on the 2th of November in Chynadiiovo Castle «Saint Nicholas» the photo exhibition of Virgilio BARDOSSI – MFIAP, EFIAP/d3 (Italy) «Orthodox Sunday». The Italian artist's photo exhibition was presented at the «Gallery of One Picture» and is held under the patronage of the International Federation of Photographic Arts (FIAP).Virgilio BARDOSSI commenting on his exposition: «I took this photo in Romania on the border with Ukraine. It was Ukrainian Christmas. Among the women and children there are many people who emigrated from Ukraine. As you can see, almost all of them are women, because the men are fighting at the front».
The exhibition will last till November 8, 2025. This cultural and artistic event was preceded by the closing ceremony of a photo exhibition by Italian photo artist Antonella TOMASI'S (EFIAP/d3), which was presented as part of the same project. A special mood reigned in the center, because the authors personally presented their creative works. During the celebrations, an extraordinary event took place – a video conference with FIAP President Riccardo BUSI, MFIAP, who congratulated the authors, organizers, participants, and all those present with wishes for creative success for The Carpathian FIAP Exhibition center and instilled faith in the speedy return of Ukrainians to normal life. A surprise for the guests and participants of the opening ceremony of the photo exhibition was the opportunity to present photo postcards created as part of the «Golden collection of the world photo postcards» project. An autograph session and exchange of creative ideas took place in a friendly atmosphere.
