He interacts with reality with a sense of paradox, reforming the photographic act through a raw, conflictive content and a deep affectivity. The photographs very often swing between utopia and dystopia, without any Deus ex machina appearing. Their emphasis on content reflects their willingness to invest in the power of art and visual culture.
