The 2025 FIAP Youth Biennial was held in the Kingdom of Bahrain. With the participation of 18 countries, the Biennial was organized in two categories, and for the first time, the age range in Category II was extended to include young photographers up to 25 years old. This significant evolution — from the previous limit of 21 — reflects the artistic maturity and creative momentum of this age group.
The quality and diversity of the submitted works reflect the enthusiasm, sensitivity, and commitment of the participants, whose perspectives enrich the contemporary photographic landscape. Our deepest gratitude to the host organization in Bahrain for its dedication and excellence in organizing this Biennial; to the judges, for their professional and rigorous work; and to all the young participants, for their valuable artistic contributions. We trust that this edition will inspire even broader and more diverse participation in future editions, further strengthening the spirit of community and creativity that defines the FIAP Youth Biennials.
