28th FIAP Projected Images Biennial 2015, Indonesia

The national motto of Indonesia: "Unity in Diversity" is a term that not only describes this dynamic nation, it also relates to FIAP's basic idea of bringing photographers from all over the world together in the spirit of friendly competition. We respect, that it is now the second time, that Indonesia take upon themselves the task of hosting a FIAP Biennial, last time was the 25th FIAP Projected Image Biennial in 2009. It has been a pleasure for FIAP to work with the Indonesian team around this Biennial. This Biennial has enjoyed many excellent collections from many countries, and FIAP congratulate the winners of the national competition, and the winners of the individual prizes. We thank all participating countries for their contribution to make this an important international photographic event, and we hope, that in the future we shall see even more collections in our FIAP Biennials.
