Oman – Italy : folklore, tradition and culture
The Ministry of Culture of Oman and the Omani Federation, in collaboration with the FIAP (Fédération Internationale de l'Art Photographique) and the Italian Federation of Photographic Associations, curated by the Associazione Fotoamatori Francesco Mochi, intend to promote, in the name of a mutual friendship between peoples of different cultures, an interesting cultural exchange based on the realization of two photographic exhibitions on the theme of folklore, traditions, culture and the peculiar activities in the daily life of the respective countries.
The first exhibition will take place on Saturday 16 December 2017 at 10.30 am at the Ginestra Fabbrica della Conoscenza - FIAP Exhibition Center, with the projection of the photos of the Omani authors and the Italian ones with images of folklore, traditions and culture of the two countries. In the same event will be inaugurated the exhibition of the Omani photographer Hamad Albusaidi Mfiap EFIAP / g entitled "Banjara".
